Amplitrex AT1000 Limited Warranty

Amplitrex Audio Products warrants each new AT1000 Vacuum Tube Tester to be free of defects
for a period of one year from date of purchase.
If, during the warranty period stated above, any part or component should fail, it will be
repaired or replaced at our option. This warranty excludes software, tube sockets and
power/RS232 cables, as well as any unit that has been misused and/or abused, or has had
repairs attempted by an unauthorized individual.
If your AT1000 fails to operate properly during the warranty period, please contact us
immediately at support@autobias.com. We will attempt to identify the problem and offer a
solution. Do not return your unit for repair without first obtaining a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) number from us via e-mail. When authorized by us to return your AT1000
for warranty repair, carefully and securely pack your unit, double-boxed, with at least 2
inches of resillient packing material on all sides. Do not use only styrofoam peanuts, as
they will shift during transport allowing the unit to come into contact with the bottom of
the outer box. Insure your unit for its full value when returning it. Mark the outer box
clearly with the RMA number you were given. Include a thorough description of the problem,
and your name, address and contact information inside the package.
This warranty excludes any and all shipping costs incurred by the purchaser.
The foregoing, limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. This
also includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose.
The purchaser's exclusive remedy, with respect to any and all losses or damages resulting
from any use whatsoever, shall be repair or replacement, as specified above. Amplitrex Audio
Products shall in no event be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, however
occasioned, whether by negligence or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not
apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights
which vary from state to state.
