




AVAILABILITY - The AT1000 tube tester is manufactured in small quantities by a highly
experienced team. Demand increases all the time, and sometimes, we are out of stock. But you
can rest assured that more units are in constant manufacture, and a new batch will be ready
soon.
WAITING LIST - If we can't ship your order from stock, we can reserve a unit for you from the
next production batch. When you are on the waiting list, we will contact you as soon as a unit
becomes available, in the sequence that your order was placed. The usual maximum wait is 4 to
6 weeks, often less.
PAYMENT - Orders for equipment shipped to destinations within the State of California will be
charged 8.75% sales tax. We accept checks drawn on a U.S. bank, and Direct Wire Transfer
from your bank virtually anywhere in the world. Sorry, but to keep costs low, we do not accept
credit cards. PayPal is accepted for orders under USD $300.00. Payment from outside the
United States must be in United States Dollars, at the current exchange rate. The customer pays
for all shipping and insurance costs. Please do not send your payment until you have received
our invoice.
ADAPTERS - Most tube test and socket adapters are custom built to your order. The turn around
time is typically 5 to 7 business days. It may be longer if we need to obtain special parts,
sockets, etc.
ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE U.S.A. - If you are ordering from outside the USA, we will send
your order in compliance with all applicable laws of the United States.
